Management Act 1998 to determine whether the need for waste management license
exists;
• Identify activities of projects against the General Authorization, 1999 of National Water Act,
1998 to determine whether the need for waste management license exists.

Screening for heritage assessments

• Identify activities of projects against the provisions of the National Heritage Act, 1999 to de
termine whether the need for heritage impact assessment, heritage record of decision or
heritage permits.
